Reservations
Villa Talenti accepts reservations either by email or telephone. You will receive in return a confermation e-mail.

Terms of Payment & letting
The renting period for all apartments is in high-season a minimum of one week, from Saturday til Saturday. Outside of the high-season alternative days may be requested. All advertised prices are week-prices.

Full payment is due  within six weeks of the start of the rental period, otherwise a 30% deposit is required and the balance to be paid six weeks prior to your arrival.
Villa Talenti reserves the right to regard the booking as cancelled if the balance is not received by the due date and shall apply cancellation charges as stated in these booking conditions

Number of persons
The number of persons staying in the accommodation must never exceed the stated number of sleeping places.

Arrival & Departure
Arrival times are on Saturdays between 15.00 and 19.00 and departure time is before 10.00 am on the last Saturday of the rental period. Arrival outside these times can be via prior arrangement.

Client Cancellations
If you have to cancel your accommodation the following charges will occur:
- More than six weeks prior to the arrival date
forfeit of deposit.
- 30-41 days prior to arrival date -75% of total costs
- 30 days prior to arrival date -100% of total costs

Documents and Insurances
As a traveler you are obliged to hold the correct travel-documents and we strongly recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
Villa Talenti cannot accept any responsibility in the event that the client has failed to make these arrangements.

Responsibility
By paying the rent, you and all members of your party acknowledge full awareness of these Booking Conditions and agree to accept and abide by the terms stated. We do not have any obligation to compensate you for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by you (or by any member of your party) save to the extent caused by our own negligence.

Property description
Villa Talenti is privately owned. All accommodation and its facilities have been inspected by us. At your arrival the apartment should be clean and tidy. If there are any complaints you can contact us within 24 hours after arrival.We ask you kindly you you will leave the apartment also tidy.
