The luxury Villa Talenti stands on a hillside in the elegant and unspoiled historic Spa town Bagni di Lucca. The residence is set magnificently within the splendid green tranquil Tuscan countryside and a spectacular view. Villa Talenti is only 150 meters from the Bagni Caldi, the famous thermal baths. Our swimmngpool with magnificient view will open in spring 2012.

The historic Villa Talenti is named after the Tuscan family Talenti, who lived here for centuries and dates back to 1740 when the Bagni Caldi, the thermal springs, were at their hights of fame. Bagni Caldi has always been a popular destination for many illustrious visitors, from Pascoli to Shelley, Lord Byron to Puccini and Napoleon, Tsar Demidoff, Couperus to Henry James. Often they stayed in this healthy environment for many weeks.

Adriano & Rosi have completed a 5 year ground up restoration of the villa, retaining all the original features while installing modern wiring, plumbing an central heating. You are the guest in this pleasant surrounding, you may relax in the garden with magnific views, read a book under the grapevine, walking in nature, barbecqueing in the garden or visiting old hamlets nearby. Yet the piazza with restaurants, a gelateria, bars, shops and art galleries are all only few minutes walk. There's easy access to local ameneties like supermarkets, thermal baths and swimming pool, all within 5 to 20 minutes walk.

Tranquillity and serenity will be constants of your holidays and also it will be a good starting point for beautiful touristics trips.Located in a ideal position to reach the Garfagnana, the mountains where the white marble is found, 20 km to medieval city Lucca, the Versilia coast, the Cinque Terre and the main cultural cities like Florence, Pisa and Siena.

Villa Talenti is divided into four delightfull apartments of various sizes. They have been furnished to create a typically Tuscan atmosphere and are fully equipped, self-contained and self-catering. The villa is surrounded by a garden with different terraces and at guests disposal a pergola with diningtable, seating, lounge chairs and a Tuscan barbecque.

Interior description: Fully-equipped modern kitchens, with coffee machines, fridge/freezer, Dvd player, Tv, novels, guidebooks, informationmaps, hairdryers, music installation, ironing board and iron, washingmachine (Camelia), dishwasher (Azalea) and microwaves.

Adriano & Rosi speak English, Italian, Dutch and German. They have many years experience working in Italian tourism and offer quality and service on a more personal and relaxing scale. They are looking forward to make your holiday a guaranteed success.
