When
is high season and when is low season in Tuscany?
The high season is from half of May to the end of September. The low season is from October to
April. October is an excellent month for a holiday in Tuscany. Mostly
tjhe weather is still nice and it's more quiet in the famous Tuscan
cities.

When
is the swimming pool open of Bagni di Lucca?
Usually the public swimmingpool is open from the end of May to the beginning
of September. Italians only open outside swimming pools when the temperature
of the water is over 25 degrees Celcius. Both the inside and outside
swimming pool is filled with the healthy termal water from the natural
sources of the surrounding mountains. The inside swimming pool is
open year round. Villa Talenti opens her own private swimmingpool in June

What can
the weather be like in Tuscany per season?
Usually it is warm from June to the end of September. In July and
August temperatures can be as warm as around 30 degrees Celcius during
the day and till late in the evening one can usually dine outside.
From October to April one might need the heating inside on and in
the mid winter it can even freeze outside. April and May are the real
months of spring with high possiblility of beautiful warm days and
also regularly some rain.

What time
does it get dark in each season?
In Tuscany in June the days are longest and it gets dark around ten o'clock. In December we have the shortest days and it
gets dark around four thirty.

the prices indicated on the website still change?
The prices can
change until you have made the reservation. There can be last minute promotions
and we can give discount on long stays.

is included in the prices?
Included in the prices are (unless stated otherwise): bed linen, towels
for indoor use, electricity, gas and final cleaning.

can we book an apartment?
You can book an apartment by sending an email indicating the period you would like
to book and the name of the apartment. We will send you, as soon as
possible, a reply and answer any possible questions
you might have. We then wait for your email with a confirmation and
you can pay a part of the rental. Once we receive the deposit of 30% of the rental price, the apartment
is booked for you.

We ask 30% of the rental for booking an apartment.

You can pay by transferring the money to our bank account
in The Netherlands. We will send you all the details.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards. We do not have these
facilities.

The apartment has been booked when the agreed down payment has
been received. At that moment we write you an email with the confirmation

In some cases it is possible to rent for less than a week, especially
in the low season. Send us an email to find out whether this is possible
for the apartment of your interest.

Do
we get a discount if we stay more than two weeks?
In most cases, apart from a stay during Juny, July and August, you
will get a discount for a stay of over two weeks.

Do
you have special prices for staying a winter in Villa Talenti?
We can establish upon request,
a price for a winter stay or also a couple of months besides the high
season for those who want to spend a longer period in one of the apartments.
We make a decision based on the number of people, the length and the
period you want to stay.

we bring our pet(s)?
You can bring your pet(s) as
long as you take the full responsibility of you pet and it will not
disturb other people. Please, let us know first.

a childbed and childchair available?
Yes, this is available. You can
bring your own bed linen for the baby. Please, let us know as soon
as you have booked. It is possible that it has been reserved for others.
